Academic Journey: Shabana Quadri embarked on her artistic journey with an MA in Drawing & Painting from MLS University, Udaipur, in 1997. Her dedication and proficiency in the field were affirmed by her clearance of NET-1998. She further honed her skills with a Diploma in DTP & Image Processing from EDIT in 1998.

Exhibition Highlights: Shabana Quadri’s artistic prowess found early recognition with a solo exhibition at Soochna Kendra, Udaipur, in the year 2000. Her works have been featured in various group exhibitions, including appearances at Soochna Kendra, Udaipur (1996, 1999, 2001), Shilp Gram Utsav, Udaipur (2005 & 2006), Dhoomimal Art Centre, New Delhi (2002), and TAC Art Carnival, Ludhiana (2014).

Artistic Contributions: Participating in prestigious events such as the State Student Exhibition at Rajasthan Lalit Kala Academy, Jaipur (1996), State Artist Exhibition (1997, 1999, 2001), Birla Art Academy, Mumbai (2000), and the AIFACS Regional Exhibition of Rajasthan Lalit Kala Academy (2001), Shabana Quadri has continually enriched the art scene. Her involvement in the Ist Northern Region Art Exhibition by Camelin Art Foundation, New Delhi, in 2001, demonstrated her commitment to artistic exploration.

In 2018, she participated in UDAAN, Chandigarh, showcasing her evolving artistic vision. Shabana also contributed to the Annual Art Exhibition by Punjab Lalit Kala Academy in 2015, leaving an indelible mark with her distinctive style. Her recent participation in a group exhibition by TAG Art Gallery, New Delhi, in 2023 attests to her enduring commitment to artistic expression.

As an artist, my journey is a harmonious interplay between academic learning and artistic exploration. My academic voyage, culminating in an MA in Drawing & Painting, has provided me with a structured foundation. However, it is the realm of creativity that truly allows me to transcend boundaries and express the nuances of my perception.

My artistic endeavors find inspiration in the world around me, capturing the vibrancy of life and the subtleties often overlooked. Each stroke on the canvas is a manifestation of my emotions, thoughts, and the evolving narrative of my experiences. The dynamic interplay of colors, forms, and textures becomes a language through which I communicate with the viewer.

Participating in a myriad of exhibitions has not only been a showcase of my artistic evolution but also a journey of self-discovery. From the quaint settings of Soochna Kendra, Udaipur, to the bustling art scenes of New Delhi and Ludhiana, each exhibition has contributed to shaping my artistic identity.
